Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens is seeking a motivated and results‑driven Catering Sales Manager to join its dynamic catering team on a permanent basis. The role focuses on maximising revenue across all catering segments, developing new client relationships and ensuring long‑term client retention while upholding the hotel’s reputation as a premier luxury events destination.

Key responsibilities

• Actively solicit and book catering business across a variety of leads and market segments.
• Maintain a structured and organised follow‑up system for all sales activities using the DELPHI platform.
• Develop new client relationships and manage strategic accounts to maximise revenue.
• Ensure long‑term client retention and uphold the hotel’s reputation for high‑quality events.

Required profile

• Motivated and results‑driven professional with a strong focus on revenue generation.
• Experience in catering sales within a luxury hotel or comparable hospitality environment.
• Ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the DELPHI sales management system.
