Warehouse Specialist

About the role

PartnerNET is looking for a Warehouse Specialist to manage the full product lifecycle within its Athens operations. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, and delivering goods while ensuring accuracy and timeliness for our technology partners.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and store incoming goods according to company procedures.
• Execute order picking, packing, and dispatch within agreed fulfillment times.
• Load, unload, reposition, and package goods using a company vehicle for deliveries in the Athens metropolitan area.
• Manage returns and damaged items following policy.
• Log all inbound and outbound movements in the ERP system daily.
• Monitor stock levels, flag discrepancies, and participate in periodic stock counts.
• Maintain accurate documentation of warehouse transactions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Uphold warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.

Required profile

• Valid Category B driving licence for local deliveries.
• Comfortable using computers and basic applications such as MS Office.
• Physical stamina for daily lifting, loading and unloading.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in following procedures.
• Excellent Greek and basic English for product documentation.
