Team Leader Field Service Technician

About the role

DataNoesis is looking for a Team Leader Field Service Technician to head its installations team. You will work on‑site alongside technicians, ensuring every CCTV, access‑control, and low‑voltage project is delivered safely, correctly, and on schedule while keeping the customer at the centre of every action.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and allocate work for a team of field technicians on daily installation and service tasks.
• Oversee quality, safety, and hand‑over procedures at customer sites.
• Act as the technical escalation point and support the training of newer staff.
• Install and maintain CCTV, access‑control, intercom, and alarm systems.
• Perform low‑voltage (data/security) cabling and basic electrical work such as power supplies, panels, and grounding.
• Configure and commission equipment from manufacturers like Axis, Hanwha, Honeywell, and Genetec.
• Conduct site visits in Greece and abroad, providing after‑sales technical support.
• Collaborate with the project coordination team to schedule installations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on field installation or service experience.
• Vocational qualification as an electrician or in IT & networking (IEK, EPAL, TEI or equivalent).
• Experience with security systems and/or structured cabling.
• Confidence in basic electrical work (panels, power supplies, cabling).
• Category B driving licence (company vehicle provided).
• Fluent Greek with clear communication skills.
• Team spirit, organisational ability and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Readiness to travel for installations, including abroad.
