Restaurants & Bars Marketing Manager

About the role

The Restaurants & Bars Marketing Manager will lead the marketing strategy for the hotel’s eight restaurants, bars and spa at Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens. Reporting to the Director of Public Relations & Marketing and working closely with the Director of Food & Beverage and the Hotel Manager, you will shape and execute a comprehensive plan that drives brand awareness, guest engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual marketing plan covering public relations, social media, partnerships and communications for all food, beverage and spa outlets.
• Collaborate with senior hotel leaders to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Create and manage promotional campaigns, events and seasonal offers that showcase award‑winning culinary experiences.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and guest feedback to continuously refine strategies.
• Oversee the production of marketing collateral, digital content and press releases.
• Analyse performance metrics and report on the impact of marketing activities on revenue and guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality or luxury brand marketing, preferably within restaurants, bars or spa environments.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable campaigns.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Creative mindset with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
