Financial Controller

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Financial Controller to join our Financial Planning & Controlling team in Greece. The role operates in a hybrid model, combining remote work with office presence, and offers the chance to influence financial performance across a leading European fintech group.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit actuals and forecasts, analyse performance versus scenarios and provide commentary together with business stakeholders.
• Manage cost and investment data in the local planning and control system, ensuring alignment with the Group controlling framework.
• Perform detailed margin analysis by service and customer to support profitability assessment and pricing decisions.
• Act as finance business partner, monitoring financial performance and proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
• Build and assess business cases for commercial strategy, investments and transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to management reporting for the Company and the Group, supporting top‑management decision‑making.
• Prepare accurate financial, scheme‑related and regulatory reporting, including submissions to the Bank of Greece.

Required profile

• Skilled Financial Controller with experience in financial planning, controlling and reporting.
