Financial Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join the Controlling team of Fiber2All, a Vodafone‑owned subsidiary delivering fiber‑optic connectivity in Greece. You will provide business leaders with meaningful financial insights and help drive performance against revenue, cost, EBITDA and cash targets.

Key responsibilities

• Support month‑end closing activities, including consolidation, provisions, reclassifications and correction entries.
• Consolidate and analyse financial data for intra‑monthly forecasts, budgets and long‑term plans.
• Prepare and distribute monthly OPEX and CAPEX reports by cost element and cost centre, and assist owners in monitoring actuals versus targets.
• Coordinate the budget submission process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery according to company deadlines.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in FP&A, financial controlling or a related function.
• Strong collaboration, integrity and a team‑first attitude.
• Professional communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Agile, curious and eager to learn, with high ownership and accountability.

• Financial modeling tools
• HFM EPM reporting tools (plus)
