Financial Controller – Family Office

About the role

The Family Office of SEKA S.A. is looking for a Financial Controller to manage financial reporting, accounting coordination and day‑to‑day financial control across its diversified investments. You will work closely with senior management and external advisors, ensuring accurate financial information and robust controls.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse comprehensive management and financial reports.
• Coordinate monthly reporting, reconciliations and financial closing processes across entities.
• Monitor financial performance, comparing actual results with budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare and track budgets, cash‑flow forecasts and payment schedules.
• Maintain financial controls and ensure the consistency of financial data.
• Lead specific workstreams in financial projects and propose process improvements.
• Manage contract administration, including preparation, filing and tracking signatures.
• Liaise with external accountants, tax and legal advisors to ensure compliance.
• Organise and maintain structured financial data in Excel and ERP systems.
• Handle communications with banks, vendors and professional advisors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting or controlling.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, reporting and closing processes.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow monitoring and financial analysis.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• High level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality.
