Field Service Engineer

About the role

Rehlko is seeking a motivated Field Service Engineer to join its team in Greece. You will be responsible for on‑site maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of Jenbacher gas engines and related equipment, ensuring high availability for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance, fault finding and troubleshooting on gas engines and balance‑of‑plant equipment.
• Respond to out‑of‑hours callouts, take and dispatch oil samples, manage parts inventory and return unused parts.
• Document site visits, complete service reports and maintain clear communication with the Area Service Manager, customers and subcontractors.
• Supervise and train apprentices or new staff as required.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of service engineering experience in mechanical/electrical fields.
• Willingness to travel extensively, work long/unusual hours and work independently.
• Gas Safe registered and able to handle industrial gas or diesel reciprocating engines.
