Bilingual French/English Customer Care Specialist

About the role

TaskUs is looking for a bilingual French/English Customer Care Specialist to deliver world‑class support to its clients across multiple channels. You will handle technical‑based inquiries via voice, chat and email, ensuring accurate, efficient and respectful service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical customer assistance through voice, chat and email.
• Participate in department initiatives, share feedback and support colleagues.
• Apply problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of external systems, PC‑based internet and software applications.

Required profile

• Bilingual in French (C1/C2/Native) and English (B2) – speaking and writing.
• Experience in customer or technical support, preferably with a help‑desk or IT function.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Willingness to undergo background screening.
