WMS Services Team Leader

About the role

ENTERSOFTONE is seeking a motivated WMS Services Team Leader to drive the delivery, implementation, and optimisation of its Warehouse Management System solutions. You will manage partner relationships, guide consulting teams, and ensure successful project outcomes and high partner satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of WMS consultants to ensure high‑quality project delivery.
• Manage implementation, support and optimisation of ENTERSOFTONE WMS for partners and customers.
• Analyse warehouse operations and business processes to recommend improvements.
• Oversee WMS configuration, testing, go‑live activities and post‑production support.
• Coordinate project timelines, resources and activities to guarantee successful delivery.
• Deliver and oversee training sessions and workshops for customers, partners and internal teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with ENTERSOFTONE WMS preferred; exposure to other WMS or logistics software is also considered.
• Proven experience leading teams, projects or implementation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics processes and supply‑chain management.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and teamwork.
• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
