Web Designer & Digital Content Specialist

About the role

The Web Designer & Digital Content Specialist supports sales and marketing initiatives by creating and managing engaging digital experiences such as newsletters, email campaigns, web content, banners and visual assets. The role drives partner and customer engagement through professional, brand‑aligned communications for resellers, end‑users and internal sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create, publish and maintain portal assets—including banners, graphics, landing pages and program content—aligned with regional and business requirements.
• Design and develop visually compelling email campaigns and newsletters for sellers, partners and end‑users.
• Produce high‑quality visual assets such as promotional graphics, digital campaign materials and web content.
• Maintain design consistency across all digital touchpoints while ensuring a modern, professional user experience.
• Recommend innovative design approaches and digital solutions to strengthen partner engagement and program visibility.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards and stakeholder alignment.
• Maintain structured digital asset management practices for easy access to files, templates and content repositories.
• Perform quality‑assurance reviews to ensure content accuracy, visual consistency and functionality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in web design and front‑end development with a strong portfolio.
• Brand‑consistent, high‑quality work ownership and proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and detail‑orientation.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural, diverse environment.
• Fluency in English and willingness to work in a hybrid model.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• Experience designing, developing and testing responsive HTML/OF​T email templates and EDM campaigns.
• Strong understanding of responsive and mobile‑first design principles.
• Knowledge of front‑end best practices and accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and digital publishing tools.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Dreamweaver and PDF creation.
• Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and modern web technologies.
