Warehouse Operator

About the role

As a Warehouse Operator you will manage global warehousing activities within a centrally located team, handling end‑to‑end warehouse management for physical metals and warranting business.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with shipping scheduler and purchase/sales operations for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Coordinate with warehouses for shipments, manage storage capacity and warehousing costs.
• Handle documentation issuance, including holding certificates, releases and pledges.
• Issue instructions and pre‑alerts to warehouses for incoming cargo.
• Perform monthly stock reconciliation and report stock positions to the commercial team.
• Manage claims from warehouses, resolve disputes and process charge‑backs.
• Execute warrant cancellations.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of warehousing or shipping experience.
• Highly proficient with MS Office, especially advanced Excel for data gathering and reporting.
• Fluent written and verbal English for communication with global warehouses.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving inclination.
• Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, deadlines and pressure.
