About the role

As a Waiter/Waitress you will shape the dining experience of guests through attentive service, menu knowledge and genuine hospitality. You will blend professionalism, communication and pace to ensure smooth service while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests with a friendly, professional approach.
• Take and relay orders accurately to the kitchen or bar.
• Present the menu, make recommendations, and answer guest questions.
• Maintain clean, organized dining areas at all times.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and fellow team members.
• Process bills and payments efficiently and accurately.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Address guest requests or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Has previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not required).
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Possesses a positive attitude and strong team spirit.
• Pays attention to detail and service quality.
• Has basic math skills for handling payments.
