About the role

We are looking for a passionate Tennis Coach to design and deliver engaging extracurricular activities for our students. The role involves creating innovative programs, monitoring participation, and collaborating with teachers and external providers while upholding our commitment to safety, inclusion, and student wellbeing. Our school follows ISP principles that place children at the heart of everything we do, emphasizing safeguarding, respect, operational effectiveness, financial responsibility, and continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging extracurricular activities that cater to diverse student interests.
• Monitor and evaluate student participation and feedback to continuously improve programs.
• Collaborate with teachers and external providers to coordinate resources and schedules.
• Ensure safety and inclusion in all activities, adhering to safeguarding and health & safety standards.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in activity planning and execution within an educational setting.
• Degree in education, recreation, or a related field demonstrating appropriate knowledge.

Required skills

• Creativity and innovation in program design to keep activities fresh and motivating.
• Strong organizational and instructional skills for effective delivery and assessment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including staff, students, and partners.
