Technical Sales Specialist – Polish Speaking

About the role

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a leading global digital advertising and social media company to hire a Polish‑speaking Technical Sales Specialist for its Athens office. The role focuses on helping advertisers adopt, configure and optimise digital advertising solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer pain points and map them to suitable products, features, configurations and digital advertising solutions.
• Support advertisers throughout the solution lifecycle, including activation, implementation, optimisation and ongoing improvements.
• Recommend solutions based on functionality, scalability, performance impact and return on advertising spend.
• Drive revenue growth through solution adoption, optimisation and expansion.
• Assist with hands‑on campaign activation, configuration changes and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of proven technical sales experience, preferably within digital advertising, technology, SaaS or B2B sales.
• Native or near‑native Polish and fluent English.
• Strong technical consultative selling skills and a commercial mindset focused on customer results and revenue growth.
• Ability to identify upselling, optimisation and solution expansion opportunities.
