Technical Sales Specialist – Italian Speaking

About the role

We are seeking an Italian‑speaking Technical Sales Specialist to join a leading global digital advertising and social media company in Athens. The role focuses on consulting advertisers, matching their needs to our solutions, and driving revenue through adoption, optimisation and expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer pain points and map them to suitable digital advertising products and configurations.
• Support advertisers throughout the solution lifecycle, including activation, implementation, optimisation and ongoing improvements.
• Recommend solutions based on functionality, scalability, performance impact and return on ad spend.
• Drive revenue growth through solution adoption, optimisation and expansion.
• Use CRM systems, performance dashboards, reporting tools and campaign optimisation platforms to track activity and results.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of proven technical sales experience, preferably in digital advertising, SaaS or B2B sales.
• Native or near‑native Italian and fluent English.
• Strong technical consultative selling skills and a commercial mindset focused on customer results.
• Good understanding of digital advertising platforms, performance metrics, targeting and campaign optimisation.
