Technical Sales Specialist (French)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Technical Sales Specialist to join a leading global digital advertising and social media company in Athens. The role combines consultative selling with hands‑on technical support to help advertisers maximise the value of our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer pain points and map them to suitable digital advertising products, features and configurations.
• Support advertisers throughout the solution lifecycle, including activation, implementation, optimisation and ongoing improvements.
• Recommend solutions based on functionality, scalability, performance impact and return on advertising spend.
• Drive revenue growth through solution adoption, optimisation and expansion.
• Assist with hands‑on campaign activation, configuration changes and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of proven technical sales experience, preferably in digital advertising, SaaS or B2B sales.
• Native or near‑native French and fluent English.
• Strong consultative selling mindset with a focus on customer results and revenue growth.
• Ability to identify upselling, optimisation and solution expansion opportunities.

Required skills

• Good understanding of digital advertising platforms, performance metrics, targeting and campaign optimisation.
• Experience using CRM systems, performance dashboards, reporting tools and campaign management platforms.
