Talent Acquisition Specialist – Services (12‑month FTC)

About the role

Mastercard Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its Open Finance and Business & Market Insights portfolios across Europe. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, Services, you will act as a trusted advisor, shaping recruitment strategies in highly competitive markets for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with internal talent acquisition stakeholders to design tailored attraction strategies for external talent.
• Conduct initial screenings and assessments of active and passive candidates.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines within the CRM to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, policies, and systems.
• Monitor sourcing effectiveness using KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, diversity outcomes, pipeline quality, ATS effectiveness, and data integrity.
• Provide transparent partnership through effective communication, reporting, and advisory support to business stakeholders.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in direct sourcing, candidate assessment, and recruitment best practices.
• Proven ability to design and implement successful sourcing strategies for senior‑level talent.
• Strong analytical skills with a data‑driven approach to presenting insights.
• High ethical standards, integrity, and a customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
