Talent Acquisition Specialist – Early Careers

About the role

We are looking for a motivated junior professional or recent graduate to join our EMEA Early Careers Talent Acquisition team. The role focuses on attracting, hiring, and supporting interns across Greece, Romania, Czechia, Hungary, and Turkey, while ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment for internship and early‑career positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to define hiring needs and coordinate processes.
• Source, screen, assess, and shortlist candidates through various channels.
• Conduct screening calls, schedule interviews, and maintain a positive candidate journey.
• Maintain recruitment documentation and ensure accurate data in recruitment systems.
• Coordinate internship programs, including onboarding, engagement activities, and program administration.
• Act as primary contact for interns, hiring managers, and internal partners.
• Support performance reviews and conversion of successful interns to junior permanent roles.
• Prepare reports on hiring progress, program status, and conversion metrics.
• Collaborate to continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related fields.
• Strong interest in early‑career talent acquisition and program management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment.
