Talent Acquisition Advisor – Greece

About the role

Join Mondelēz International’s Talent Acquisition team as an Advisor for Greece. You will partner with People Managers to understand hiring needs, drive the full recruitment cycle, and ensure an excellent candidate experience while supporting the company’s mission to lead the future of snacking.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialist expertise to lead proactive and reactive recruitment activities in line with MDLZ policies.
• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing and assessment to offer and onboarding.
• Collaborate with People Managers to define business and applicant requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using a mix of channels to attract active and passive talent.
• Act as a candidate relationship manager, building talent pools for current and future needs.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator to ensure seamless process delivery.
• Work with BU Talent Acquisition Lead to improve processes, meet SLAs, and monitor stakeholder satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong desire to advance a career in talent acquisition.
• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, including sourcing, assessment, matching, and closing.
• Deep knowledge of the local Greek market, effective sourcing channels, and industry networks.
• Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and influencing abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
