Swedish Customer Support Agent – Athens

About the role

Cross Border Talents is looking for Swedish speakers to work as customer support agents in Athens, Greece. You will handle consumer inquiries and questions received by free phone lines, keeping accurate records and resolving issues within agreed service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and record consumer inquiries and questions received via free phone lines
• Maintain accurate data on inquiries, questions and feedback in the customer service database
• Make sure client complaints are handled and logged according to the complaints escalation policy
• Answer and resolve all support calls and emails within the agreed SLAs and log them appropriately
• Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents and system training
• Give recommendations for common problems and frequently asked questions

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher
• Native or fluent Swedish
• Good level of English, C1
• Writing speed of 20 words per minute
