Sustainability & Environmental Manager (Greece)

About the role

We are seeking a Sustainability & Environmental Manager to lead and coordinate our environmental and sustainability activities across the organization in Greece. The role works closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure compliance, drive projects and support sustainability reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the company's environmental and sustainability initiatives, ensuring objectives are met.
• Monitor relevant legislation, regulations and standards, informing the business of important developments.
• Assess regulatory impacts and coordinate appropriate actions with stakeholders.
• Manage sustainability and environmental projects across departments, collaborating with internal and external partners.
• Collect, analyse and consolidate data for reporting, KPIs and sustainability disclosures.
• Prepare and coordinate sustainability‑related reports and management information.
• Provide guidance on environmental and sustainability matters to colleagues and management.
• Raise internal awareness and deliver training on environmental responsibilities.
• Maintain relationships with consultants, suppliers, auditors, authorities and other external parties.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in sustainability, environmental management, engineering, business or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in environmental management, ESG, regulatory compliance or corporate sustainability.
• Good understanding of environmental and sustainability regulations and standards.
• Proven experience managing sustainability projects and coordinating cross‑departmental activities.
• Experience working with environmental data, reporting, KPIs and management information.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence using Excel for data analysis.
• Excellent project management, organisational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
