Supply Chain & Production Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an organized and detail‑oriented Supply Chain & Production Coordinator to manage material flow, production schedules, and order fulfillment. The role acts as the key link between manufacturing, sales, project management and customers to ensure seamless operations and timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast raw material requirements based on sales orders and safety stock, create purchase requisitions and monitor supplier deliveries to avoid shortages.
• Develop, maintain and optimise daily/weekly master production schedules, balancing plant capacity, labour and customer delivery timelines.
• Track customer orders from entry to completion, update production teams on new orders and report progress, bottlenecks and potential delays to sales, project management and executive leadership.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on order readiness and any delivery issues.
• Act as the operational liaison at the Corinth manufacturing plant, connecting production with sales, purchasing, project management and product management teams in Athens.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in production planning, material management or inventory control within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel.
• Experience with Entersoftone ERP is a strong plus.
