Supply Chain & Production Coordinator (Corinth)

About the role

We are seeking an organized and detail‑oriented Supply Chain & Production Coordinator to oversee material flow, production schedules, and order fulfillment. The role acts as the crucial link between Manufacturing, Sales, Project Management, and Customers to ensure seamless operations and timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast raw material requirements, place purchase requisitions, and track supplier deliveries to avoid shortages.
• Develop and maintain daily/weekly master production schedules, balancing plant capacity, labor, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor customer orders from entry to completion, update production teams, and report progress and bottlenecks to Sales, Project Management, and Executive Leadership.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing updates on order readiness and potential delivery delays.
• Act as the operational liaison between the Corinth plant and cross‑functional teams in Athens.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in production planning, material management, or inventory control within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for internal and external stakeholder management.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP/MRP software.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Entersoftone ERP (strong plus).
