Supply Chain Administrator

About the role

The Supply Chain Administrator will ensure optimal logistics service for principals and customers, handling purchase and sales orders from entry to delivery. The role works closely with commercial, planning and logistics teams to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase and sales orders in the Azelis ERP, using Masterplanning and MetaMaze where applicable.
• Confirm orders, send order confirmations to customers and follow up on open orders, updating back‑order lines daily.
• Coordinate with planners, commercial assistants and forwarders to resolve any blocking points such as data issues, shortages or transport constraints.
• Manage upstream logistics, including transport, import arrangements and stock advice, and accrue related logistics costs.
• Perform transaction closing, supplier invoice matching, credit note issuance and support stock countings with planners and logistics team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in supply chain and imports.
• Strong communication skills and good command of English.
• Excellent organisational abilities, autonomy and the capacity to work under pressure.
• Team‑player attitude with a passion for achieving high service standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems (Azelis ERP).
• Experience using Masterplanning tools.
• Familiarity with MetaMaze logistics software.
