Strategic Services Buyer

About the role

The Strategic Services Buyer will support the growth of our resort portfolio by sourcing and managing service providers that deliver high‑quality hospitality experiences. You will work closely with internal teams to align procurement activities with business needs and ensure best‑value contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and engage new service providers, negotiating commercial terms and building strong relationships.
• Negotiate pricing, service level agreements and contract conditions to achieve optimal value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define sourcing strategies for assigned service categories.
• Monitor market trends through supplier visits and regular engagement.
• Maintain accurate supplier, contract and purchasing data in the ERP system.
• Work with Accounts Payable to reconcile invoices and ensure timely payments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Hospitality.
• Minimum 2 years of procurement experience, preferably sourcing hospitality services.
• Proven understanding of procurement processes and contract management.
• Strong negotiation abilities and experience managing operational expenditure budgets.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Procurement ERP systems.
• Advanced use of the Microsoft Office suite.
