Storage Supervisor – Hotel Operations

About the role

As the Storage Supervisor at Fouquet's Mykonos, you will be the operational backbone of the resort’s back‑of‑house logistics. You will ensure that all inventory, supplies and equipment are managed with precision, supporting the daily performance of the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the central storage and receiving areas, maintaining efficiency and organization.
• Receive, inspect and verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, rotation and preservation of inventory in line with company procedures and hygiene standards.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchasing Department for timely replenishment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
• Issue materials, supplies and equipment to hotel departments with complete documentation.
• Guarantee compliance with Barrière Group procedures, health and safety regulations and internal inventory control policies.
• Supervise and support the store team, providing guidance, training and performance monitoring.
• Identify discrepancies, damaged goods or shortages and report them promptly.
• Prepare inventory and stock movement reports to aid operational and financial controls.

Required profile

• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
