About the role

Join TTEC in Athens as a Spanish/Portuguese Team Lead for Sales Service Delivery. You will guide a team of associates, ensure they meet performance targets, and act as the first‑line manager for customer escalations while delivering a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate and coach associates to achieve company and client goals.
• Address employee‑related issues, coordinate training on new processes, and manage attendance and payroll.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure quality interactions.
• Utilize TTEC and client tools to complete daily tasks and troubleshoot technology issues.
• Monitor multiple ongoing projects, influencing financial health through reduced absenteeism and improved occupancy.

Required profile

• Associate degree, technical school education, or equivalent work experience.
• Performance‑driven mindset with strong time‑management abilities.
• Customer‑focused attitude and comfort working with computer systems.
• Ability to mentor, provide feedback, and conduct difficult conversations when needed.
