Spa Receptionist

About the role

The Spa Receptionist at Domes Resorts will be the first point of contact for spa guests, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth check‑in and check‑out, and a memorable overall experience at our new luxury beach club, 91 Athens Riviera.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, provide information on spa services, treatments and pricing, and manage the check‑in/check‑out process.
• Schedule and confirm appointments using the booking system, maximise spa efficiency and handle last‑minute changes.
• Coordinate with therapists and other team members to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and respect privacy at all times.
• Build positive relationships with guests, address complaints, and encourage feedback.
• Promote spa packages, seasonal offers and retail products, and assist with sales of spa merchandise.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality diploma is a plus).
• Previous experience in a spa, beauty centre or hospitality environment preferred.
• Proficiency in English; additional language is an advantage.
• Basic computer literacy and experience with scheduling or POS software.
