About the role
Group Form is looking for a full‑time Site Supervisor to oversee residential renovation, extension and fit‑out projects. The role focuses on daily site coordination, ensuring work progresses smoothly and meets quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate trades, appointments and deliveries while monitoring workforce attendance and material needs.
- Verify that current drawings are available, identify discrepancies and arrange design‑team checks.
- Maintain photographs and daily records, check deliveries and take measurements.
- Assist with office‑based quantity take‑offs when site duties allow.
Required profile
- Experience in residential construction and ability to read drawings and understand work sequencing.
- Basic Excel and PDF proficiency.
- Reliability, clear communication and a valid driving licence.
