Site Engineer

About the role

METLEN Energy & Metals is seeking a Site Engineer to join its Nea Peramos location. You will be responsible for overseeing on‑site construction and electrical activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee on‑site construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to meet project milestones.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and maintain quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.
• Implement safety protocols and promote a safe working environment on‑site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1+ years of site engineering experience (considered an asset).
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
