Senior UI/UX Product Designer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Product Designer to shape exceptional digital experiences across omnichannel platforms, mobile apps, and conversational AI interfaces. You will work closely with product, engineering, QA, and business teams to translate complex requirements into intuitive, elegant solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive user interfaces and seamless omnichannel experiences for web, mobile, and digital platforms.
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and production‑ready interfaces using Figma.
• Build and maintain reusable design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to inform data‑driven design decisions.
• Produce high‑fidelity mockups, visual assets, and deliverables aligned with brand guidelines and modern standards.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver scalable design solutions.
• Support the implementation lifecycle, ensuring the intended user experience is realized.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end ownership of digital products and mobile applications.
• Hands‑on experience designing native iOS and Android applications.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variables, auto‑layout, and design system management.
• Deep understanding of user‑centered design, interaction design, information architecture, usability principles, and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams throughout development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
