Senior Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our Athens office and lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of multi‑channel campaigns for REInvest Greece, a leading real‑estate service provider.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and continuously optimise paid and owned campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, native advertising, email and the corporate website, with a focus on auction‑related activities.
• Define audience segments, creative concepts and messaging to improve lead quality and cost‑per‑lead.
• Conduct competitor research to refine keywords, ad copy and creative assets.
• Build measurement frameworks, maintain dashboards and present performance insights to senior stakeholders.
• Manage organic social media presence, including content creation, posting and community interaction.
• Plan, execute and track email marketing newsletters and campaigns.
• Write and optimise blog articles to support SEO and drive organic traffic.
• Update website, landing and campaign pages to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
• Maintain the marketing calendar, track deadlines and coordinate campaign launches.
• Lead offline initiatives such as open‑house events, real‑estate fairs, radio spots and outdoor advertising.
• Oversee external agencies, vendors and budgets, ensuring best‑practice execution across the marketing mix.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of digital or performance marketing experience, including senior or specialist roles with budget ownership.
• Proven success in building and scaling multi‑channel campaigns that meet commercial targets.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Creative judgment and ability to maintain brand consistency across assets.
