Senior Lawyer

About the role

APU Global Investments seeks a Senior Lawyer to provide expert legal counsel across its international property investment and development activities. You will work with senior management to navigate complex corporate, commercial and regulatory matters in multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal advice on corporate, commercial and contractual issues across national and international operations.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, investment agreements, NDAs, MOUs and other corporate documents.
• Manage and supervise multiple litigation matters, coordinating with external law firms across jurisdictions.
• Monitor and resolve active legal disputes, claims and enforcement proceedings from initiation to resolution.
• Advise on corporate governance, regulatory compliance and company secretarial matters.
• Support due‑diligence processes for real‑estate transactions, acquisitions and investment activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all operating jurisdictions.
