About the role

Fusion Consulting seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the rollout and integration of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) across multiple sites. The role focuses on complex system integrations with SAP S/4HANA, MES, and laboratory instruments, ensuring seamless end‑to‑end delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead LIMS rollouts across multiple sites.
• Drive integrations with SAP S/4HANA, MES, laboratory instruments, and other systems.
• Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Identify and resolve issues and blockers proactively.

Required profile

• Strong experience in IT project management and system integration.
• Experience with complex interfaces and interconnected IT landscapes.
• Excellent planning, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ownership mentality with a strong drive to completion.
• Fast learner capable of navigating unfamiliar systems.
• Experience with LIMS systems and GxP documentation in the Life Sciences/pharma industry.
