Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

The Senior Graphic Designer will be a core creative within EVY Technology's in‑house studio, supporting an international skin‑health brand as it expands across Europe. You will translate brand direction into polished, on‑brand deliverables at the pace of a lean studio, ensuring precision across packaging, digital, social and trade channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and adapt assets across packaging, print collateral, social media, e‑commerce and trade materials, ensuring on‑brand consistency.
• Translate approved creative direction into multi‑format deliverables, adapting sizes, specifications and market requirements with precision.
• Adapt global campaign frameworks for the Greek market while maintaining visual and strategic consistency.
• Produce motion and video content for campaign roll‑outs and platform‑native formats such as TikTok.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and external content creators to keep visual output aligned.
• Manage project workload end‑to‑end, flagging capacity or timeline risks early.
• Leverage generative AI tools to explore creative options and accelerate production, applying critical judgment to all AI‑generated output.

Required profile

• 5+ years of graphic design experience in digital and print, with a portfolio showing work inside an established, locked brand system.
• Strong command of design principles, layout, typography, colour and visual hierarchy across multi‑format deliverables.
• Precision and accuracy in adapting assets across formats and sizes, ensuring consistency throughout campaigns.
• Ability to manage briefs independently from concept through final delivery, communicating clearly throughout.
• Fluent English and confident presentation of design decisions within a team.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere and After Effects.
• Competence with generative AI tools for image and video generation, up‑scaling and editing assistance.
• 3D design skills (strong plus).
