Senior Financial Analyst – Multi-Entity Finance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to support the Finance Controller in overseeing finance and controlling activities across multiple European and international entities. The role combines hands‑on financial reporting, audit coordination and strategic analysis to ensure compliance and drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Finance Controller with daily finance and controlling tasks across various jurisdictions.
• Prepare annual financial statements in line with local GAAP requirements.
• Coordinate and participate in external and internal audits for multiple legal entities.
• Ensure timely statutory reporting and regulatory filings in European jurisdictions.
• Conduct detailed financial, variance and profitability analyses.
• Support group consolidation, intercompany reconciliations and budgeting/forecasting processes.
• Monitor compliance with internal controls, accounting policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with tax advisors, auditors and finance teams to meet local regulatory requirements.
• Assist cash‑flow management, treasury reporting and working‑capital optimisation.
• Prepare management reports and KPI dashboards for senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and reporting efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Over 5 years of hands‑on experience in financial analysis, controlling, accounting or audit within multinational companies.
• Proven experience preparing financial statements across different jurisdictions and accounting frameworks.
• Strong experience managing external and internal audits.
• Solid understanding of accounting standards and multi‑entity, multi‑currency environments.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• SAP (mandatory).
• Power BI or similar financial reporting tools (preferred).
