Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

Netcompany-Intrasoft, a member of the Netcompany Group and a leading European IT solutions and services company, is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer in its Thessaloniki branch. You will join an agile team that designs and implements automated solutions supporting applications from development environment to production, working closely with software developers, testers and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Build and set up development tools and infrastructure
• Design and implement an application lifecycle management methodology based on modern CI/CD tools
• Test and review automation code
• Propose, design, implement and continuously improve DevOps services such as logging and monitoring
• Automate and improve development and release processes
• Install, configure and maintain a harmonized deployment workflow
• Apply cybersecurity measures

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or a similar field
• Experience in a DevOps or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and teamwork
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken

Required skills

• Infrastructure-as-code (e.g. Terraform) and configuration-as-code (e.g. Ansible)
• CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions)
• Cloud services (e.g. Azure, AWS)
• UNIX/Linux environments
• Containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Nice to have: Jenkins, Maven, Python, Groovy, Bash, Git
