Senior Cyber Security Architect

About the role

Fourlis Group is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Architect to join its team in Kifissia, Attiki. Reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer, you will lead the design, implementation, and management of advanced security controls across the organization’s network and endpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Define and enforce network segregation and remote‑access policies.
• Design, deploy and tune intrusion detection and prevention systems, web application firewalls, firewall rules, and DDoS mitigation solutions.
• Develop and manage data loss prevention (DLP) controls for endpoints, email and cloud services.
• Ensure compliance with cryptographic standards and confidentiality agreements.
• Oversee secure disposal of removable media and lifecycle management of assets and endpoints.
• Integrate security requirements into project designs using secure system‑engineering principles.
• Conduct system security testing, manage secure development environments and supervise change‑control procedures.
• Review applications after platform changes to maintain testing‑environment integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in security operations or a comparable role.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
