Senior Buyer – Strategic Procurement

About the role

We are a dynamic, growing industrial company based in Koropi looking for a Senior Buyer to lead strategic purchasing activities. Reporting to the Procurement Manager and working closely with the Supply Chain Director, you will ensure the right balance of cost, quality, and delivery for our raw materials, goods, and services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned spend categories.
• Manage the full tender process, including market analysis, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to align procurement with business needs.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships, monitor performance through KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct spend analysis and market research to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and manage supplier contracts.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management or related field; MBA or Master’s a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in FMCG or industrial sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
