Senior Associate, Corporate Lawyer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our corporate law team, focusing on legal due diligence, transactional support and ongoing corporate governance for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review transactional documents, corporate documents and commercial agreements.
• Advise on company formation, dissolution, restructurings and day‑to‑day corporate governance.
• Liaise with clients, public authorities, notaries, auditors and other professional advisers.
• Provide strategic legal advice on domestic and international corporate transactions.
• Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence for M&A or diagnostic purposes and produce structured reports.
• Draft, review and negotiate transaction documents such as NBOs, SPAs, shareholders’ agreements and post‑closing corporate documents.

Required profile

• University degree in Law; a Master’s in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Tax or related field is an asset.
• 4‑5+ years of hands‑on experience in corporate law matters and transactions, preferably in a multinational, Big Four or top‑tier law firm.
• Proven track record in participating in corporate transactions and due‑diligence procedures.
• Strong knowledge of Greek corporate law and excellent command of English.
• Excellent analytical, research, drafting and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet tight deadlines.
