Senior Accountant – Mandra, Greece

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join a leading company in the steel products trade and processing sector. The position is based on‑site in Mandra and offers a full‑time, eight‑hour workday from Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Record and verify accounting documents and vouchers.
• Check entries for compliance with the myDATA reporting system.
• Provide full accounting representation of imports in collaboration with the procurement department.
• Support the preparation and filing of tax returns, including VAT, corporate tax and withholding taxes.
• Participate in month‑end and year‑end closing processes and assist in the preparation of financial statements.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of Greek tax legislation.
• Relevant experience in a similar role within a commercial or industrial company.
• Strong command of English.
• Reliability, responsibility and a team‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the myDATA electronic reporting system.
