Security Officer – Classified Information

About the role

Planetek Hellas is looking for a highly capable Security Officer to manage classified information and security requirements across its satellite command and control centre. The role supports both civilian and defence applications and ensures compliance with national, NATO, EU and customer regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the organization’s security framework in line with national, NATO, EU and customer requirements.
• Serve as the designated Security Officer and primary contact with regulatory and government authorities.
• Manage security certifications, accreditations and compliance activities.
• Oversee facility, information and physical security measures.
• Coordinate personnel security clearances and related awareness activities.
• Assess security risks, support audits and manage security incidents.
• Advise project teams on security requirements and promote a strong security culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Security Officer, Industrial Security, Information Security or similar role.
• Background in defence, aerospace, space, cybersecurity, government or other highly regulated environments.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Active or previous national security clearance (preferred).
• Relevant certifications in security, compliance or risk management (preferred).
