Sales Trainer

About the role

We are partnering with a leading retail organization to find an experienced Sales Trainer who will design, deliver and continuously improve sales and customer‑experience training across a nationwide network.

Key responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve sales, product, and customer‑experience training programs.
• Deliver engaging classroom, workshop and field‑based sessions for retail and sales teams.
• Create innovative learning materials and experiential activities.
• Provide on‑the‑job coaching through regular store visits and observations.
• Translate product knowledge, sales strategies and commercial goals into practical learning experiences.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and refine programs based on performance data.
• Promote a customer‑centric, high‑performance sales culture across the retail network.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in sales, training, customer experience or other customer‑facing commercial roles, preferably in service‑oriented industries.
• Proven experience designing and developing training programs from scratch.
• Experience working closely with sales teams and supporting commercial performance improvement initiatives.

Required skills

• Proven sales experience and strong understanding of customer‑experience and sales‑excellence principles.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and coaching skills.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt training to different learning styles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Strong organisational and project‑management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital learning tools.
• Fluency in written and spoken Greek and English.
