Sales Trainer (English) – Client-Focused Training

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Trainer who will design and deliver client‑specific training programs to boost sales performance. Working on‑site in Athens, you will partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure new hires and existing staff receive the knowledge and skills needed to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing employees, tailored to client needs.
• Provide skills‑based coaching to help teams achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create and implement effective training curricula and sales playbooks.
• Analyze performance data and customer trends to develop strategic sales practices for specific territories.
• Monitor, measure and validate the quality and impact of training interventions.
• Work with sales‑process owners to optimise systems and improve the customer experience.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of client products, market dynamics and training best practices.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and self‑development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, training or sales.
• Proven subject‑matter expertise and leadership within a peer group.
• Experience in high‑volume call environments.
• Fluency in English (C1); additional languages such as Italian, Spanish, German or French are a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Athens.
