About the role

Join LS&Co., a global leader in denim, as a Sales Stylist in our Spata store. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover their perfect fit and express their personal style.

Key responsibilities

• Create genuine, one‑to‑one connections with shoppers and deliver exceptional service.
• Share product knowledge and styling advice that inspires confidence.
• Support daily store operations, including cash handling, fitting‑room management, and stock replenishment.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring a welcoming environment.

Required profile

• A passion for fashion and helping people express themselves through style.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire for continuous learning.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
