Sales & Relationship Manager – Europe

About the role

We are looking for a Sales & Relationship Manager to drive commercial expansion of Euronext’s ELITE business across key European markets, including the CEE region, the Netherlands, Spain and Greece. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will develop new business, deepen existing client relationships and support product development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a commercial plan to generate new business and strengthen strategic relationships in core European geographies.
• Manage revenue growth with existing and new clients by promoting Euronext’s product and service value proposition.
• Build and maintain senior‑level contacts with clients, partners, banks, advisors and investors.
• Ensure successful delivery of services, address client issues and identify cross‑selling opportunities.
• Support product team in developing new offerings and maintaining existing ones based on client needs.
• Monitor market developments, translate them into outbound sales activities and collaborate with Euronext Business and support functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• 4‑5 years of experience in business development, sales or relationship management, preferably in corporate finance, financial advisory or capital markets.
• Proven ability to work across multiple European locations and travel frequently.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong commercial acumen, project‑management and organizational skills.
