Sales Manager

About the role

As the Sales Manager for Treatwell Greece, you will lead a talented sales team to digitise the hair and beauty industry. You will inspire and guide the team through the full partner journey, from lead generation to closing, while delivering a consultative, value‑added experience.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt and execute the acquisition strategy for the local market, set targets and analyse trends and competition.
• Manage, motivate and continuously train field, inbound and outbound sales team members and leaders.
• Drive growth targets, including salon acquisition and conversion rates for individuals and teams.
• Hire, onboard and develop new talent to expand the sales force.
• Optimise processes and best practices to scale the partner acquisition journey.
• Monitor team performance, recognise high‑performers and address development needs.
• Conduct weekly sales update meetings and present performance metrics.

Required profile

• Highly motivated, energetic individual with a passion for transforming the hair and beauty industry.
• 4+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, online marketplaces, fintech or payment platforms.
• 2+ years of experience leading or supervising sales teams with a strong track record of achieving commercial targets.
• Persuasive communicator with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
• Analytical mindset and data‑driven approach to strategic and leadership decisions.
• Organised, rigorous and reliable with a go‑getter instinct.
• Fluent in English.

Required skills

• Salesforce (CRM) proficiency.
