Sales Development Representative with German

About the role

Join Concentrix Greece as a Sales Development Representative and use your German language skills to drive B2B sales for leading brands on a top professional networking platform. You will work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment where each day brings new client interactions and growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound B2B sales activities across the full sales funnel.
• Engage clients via video meetings, phone, email and social media outreach.
• Identify and contact alternative decision‑makers using tools such as Sales Navigator and other lead‑generation methods.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and move prospects through each stage.
• Qualify leads and hand them over to the onboarding team.
• Track and report daily, monthly and quarterly performance metrics.
• Adhere to response‑time SLAs and follow defined sales cadences.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and German (spoken and written).
• At least 1.5 years of sales experience, preferably in tech or digital advertising.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, able to work independently.
• Comfortable in a fast‑changing IT sales environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM tool.
• Familiarity with Sales Navigator for lead generation.
