Sales Consultant – Customer-Focused Sales Representative

About the role

FlexCar is a fast‑growing scale‑up redefining car leasing across Europe and beyond. We are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our Athens office and help expand our customer base. This role offers a unique chance to work in a dynamic startup environment focused on innovative mobility solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Grow the existing customer base and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Communicate directly with customers, answer inquiries, negotiate agreements and close deals.
• Organise and execute processes that ensure fast, high‑quality service for clients.
• Fully understand FlexCar’s offerings and provide accurate, detailed information to prospects.
• Support the internal sales team to maximise overall performance.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of sales experience, preferably phone sales.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate tasks with diverse stakeholders in a startup setting.
• Strong passion for closing deals, a solid work ethic and a can‑do attitude.
• Customer‑first mindset with proven commitment to delivering excellent service.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems and go the extra mile for customers.
• Interest in the automotive sector is a plus.
